- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education came from being self-educated. So I'm always improving my education by learning and researching on my own. In this field, you must always stay up to date or you'll quickly lose touch with the latest technology and innovations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was given an opportunity to be part of a computer repair club in elementary school, 6th grade. That's where my interest in computer began and I pursued it, learning as much as I could on my own before obtaining a two year degree in Information Technology.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I do are virus removal jobs. Most customers will want their computers cleaned from viruses and sped up so they can work faster. The second most common job I do is replacing failed hardware.
