- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After our initial vision meeting, we’ll provide you with a budget estimate based on your dream vision and the scope of your project. This preliminary number helps establish a realistic starting point. From there, we move into the design phase, where we collaborate with you to refine all the details and make material selections. Once the design and selections are finalized, we’ll provide fixed pricing for the construction services. This process ensures transparency, accuracy, and confidence in your investment—reducing the risk of surprises along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do things differently. Starting with a full design and material plan right from the beginning, you’ll always know exactly what to expect. Our process is organized, transparent, and very thorough. 1 VISION WALK Explore ideas, clarify goals, and shape your dream home vision. We’ll outline a concept and budget to give you a realistic starting point. 2 PLANNING & DESIGN On-site review, custom design, and material selections—all refined to fit your style and budget. We handle gathering bids, material pricing, and product sourcing so your project stays on track. 3 CONSTRUCTION From demolition to finishing touches, we bring your vision to life—keeping the site clean and making sure every detail is perfect before you move in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners hold bachelor’s degrees, and the owner has hands-on construction experience from working in the trades. Our team also includes a finished carpenter with 22 years of experience and a CAD design expert, combining education, craftsmanship, and design expertise to deliver high-quality, detail-focused projects.
