- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free estimates for any size project. We mainly do fixed cost pricing, meaning what is in the estimate is what you pay, any changes that have to happen due to unforeseen challenges or changes in scope of work are discussed with the home owner and approved before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Schedule a time to meet and go over the project. Step 2: Get you an estimate within 48 hours on most projects. Step 3: Place a down deposit and schedule project start date. Step 4: Complete project. Step 5: Make final payment. Step 6: Everyone is happy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a lead certified company so we can work on any home built before 1978 and certified to lead test all surfaces to ensure the safety of home owners and those working at the job site.
