- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discount after 4 hours of work. The longer you keep me busy the better rate you'll get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer at the jobsite to cover the scope of work together. This allows for the clearest communication so we can know exactly what your expectations are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
School of Hard Knocks! LOL! Seriously tho, lessons learned by doing work with your hands are the best I've found. I grew up fixing things with my Dad out of necessity and kept doing it to earn a living.
