FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Job costs vary by job requirements. Death-defying, very hard, or dangerous work costs a little bit more. While easy work can cost less. Some jobs may incur a small service charge for off-site work associated with your project. There are no markups on supplies or materials. For supplies, you only pay for the actual cost of supplies needed and used. I often do Time and Materials agreements (CostPlus). Depending on your location, there may be a travel fee one way only. If your project is by the hour, I charge for the time that it takes to pick up and deliver supplies for your project. I provide military discounts, senior and disabled discounts. For more information, visit my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to the high influx of phone calls and marketing spam, I prefer customers requesting assistance to fill out the Contact US form on our website. I will contact you as soon as possible if I can assist you. Sometimes we get booked up and are only available after a period of time. Once a customer is in my phone contacts, they can contact me anytime. From there, we can schedule a time for a simple estimate or begin a job. Often I can start the job immediately. Sometimes we may need to plan the date to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a skilled and experienced professional in the construction industry, I have completed an extensive OSHA training course and obtained certification in lull and man-lift operations. With years of experience dating back to my teenage years, I have honed my abilities as a sub-contractor, consistently delivering high-quality work at a rapid pace. As a general contractor, remodeler, and handyman, I continue to uphold this standard of excellence, completing projects quickly and to the highest level of quality. My extensive knowledge of home repairs and improvements allows me to tackle a wide range of projects with confidence and proficiency. As a young subcontractor doing piece work, I always had to provide extremely high-quality work at an exceptionally fast pace. As a General Contractor, Remodeler, and Handyman, I still work at a very quick pace and provide outstanding quality and have a vast knowledge of Home Repairs and Home Improvements.
