My company is licensed, and fully insured. My team members and I have all passed a background check. We go the extra mile to take care of our clients. We understand that our clients life can be very busy and we do what we can to lend a helping hand wherever we can. We not only provide excellent professional cleaning service for our clients, but we will do laundry, change bedding, help with organizing, packing or unpacking, pull weeds, plant flowers or rake up leaves. We will even decorate your home for the holidays or any special occassion. We are willing to help you out with almost anything. My teams have been trained to clean every place as if it was there own, and they clean to perfection. Our motto is, "Make it look brand new!" We currently service 60 + recurring private and commercial clients. We are still providing services to our first 4 clients, that we have had since the company began providing services in 2013. I love to clean. I like the immediate gratification of seeing the results of a job well done.

I appreciate the flexibility of American Maid Matters. They are able to work around things that happen which are out of our control in life and still get my house clean. I appreciate that they call if they are able to come earlier in the day than they previously scheduled with me and I appreciate a very clean house when they leave. I like that they send 2-3 people out at a time, so they are able to accomplish more in less time. Thank you so much for your help and for getting our house clean and beautiful looking. I also feel that they charge a fair, competitive price for their service.

Donna actually works the entire time at the house and moves items on surfaces rather than just cleaning around them. She is always punctual and accepting of any changes we request regarding work or time changes.

Helped unpack after a move and clean. Were only here 2 hours and got an amazing amount of work done. Did any and everything I asked! Professional, friendly, hard working, get along with animals well, very economical! Can't say enough good things about them! Have scheduled them for biweekly cleanings.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I either bid my jobs hourly or as a flat rate. There can be many variables. I also give a discount for seniors citizens, teachers, police, fire and military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I provide them with an average cost quote before actually seeing the site. If they are interested I schedule an appointment to meet with them on site, and discuss exact details of what they are wanting. Any adjustments to the original quote, or possible variations are addressed at that time. The customer is then scheduled accordingly, and we provide them with excellent service from that day forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned one other cleaning service in Coeurd'alene several years ago. I have over 20 years experience in this field, and have worked in either a supervisory or management position throughout years of employment.
