• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  At Dash Cleaning Co., we offer custom quotes based on the size of the home and the specific services requested. We believe every home is different, so our pricing is tailored to reflect your unique needs. We don’t charge by the hour—and that’s intentional. Hourly pricing often results in rushed jobs, and we want to give our cleaners the time they need to do quality work. By quoting per job instead, we ensure our team can focus on delivering thorough, detailed results without watching the clock. Our pricing is fair, transparent, and designed to provide real value. • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Initial Call: We start with a quick phone call to learn more about your home and what you’re looking for. Custom Quote: Based on your needs, we’ll provide a personalized, flat-rate quote—no hourly charges. Booking: If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll get you scheduled at a time that works best for you. Cleaning Day: Our professional cleaners will arrive and complete the job thoroughly, taking their time to do it right. Follow-Up Call: After the clean, we’ll give you a follow-up call to make sure everything met your expectations. Recurring Option: If you're satisfied, we’ll offer you the option to sign up for recurring services at a discounted rate.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our owner worked for the a professional cleaning company as one of her first jobs at a young age and it made an impression. She received great training from that company and grew up in a household where she was made to do chores weekly including cleaning. She has a strong background in the world of real estate most recently which taught her discipline and professionalism in everything that she does and this shines through to her cleaners and pours over into every part of her business! All cleaners are required to have at least 1 year of professional residential home cleaning experience and are given a cleaning list to follow for each type of clean.
