- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your final price will not change! We do not have any fees and are up-front with all pricing. WE OFFER 10% OFF THE TOTAL PRICE IF BOOKED ON THE DAY OF THE QUOTE! IF WE COMPLETE A PROJECT THAT WAS REFERRED BY YOU WE WILL SEND YOU A $100 PREPAID CARD!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first goal for any new or even existing customer is to schedule the free estimate. This is where we will have the opportunity to get to know you individually and really take a look around to see what you need done. We will walk you through each step of the painting process and why they are important. If scheduled, choosing colors is next, followed by scheduling the date to start painting. We require a 25% down payment once the project is booked. We stay in frequent contact with you before painting begins so we are sure that we have the right time to begin painting. We call daily during the painting process to answer any questions you may have. Our painters are exceptional at painting and professional as well. We always do a final walk through with you to make sure you got everything you wanted. Only then is the final payment received.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started painting after high school to learn a trade and make some money to go to college. I was fortunate to learn from the best, and ended up with enough painting experience (5yrs), to open my own company. This company was called Prado's Precision Painting Co. and was awarded # 1 painting company in Spokane and Idaho by Thumbtack in 2015. I closed this successful company to focus on finishing my Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree. Now that I have graduated, I have the time to once again bring professionalism and honesty to the painting industry in the name of Paramount Painting. The name may have changed, but the vision stays the same!
