- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always have a 2-hour minimum. Please understand that when you book with a service that may only take an hour, we will still be charging for the 2-hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond immediately with a phone call as soon as a quote request or lead comes in. Our goal is to gather all the necessary details and make sure the client feels comfortable with how the process is going. If they’re happy with the price estimate, we book the move into our scheduling system right away. Whether the move is happening tomorrow or a month from now, we stay in regular contact—keeping the lines of communication open so they know they can count on us.

We have worked with a diverse range of customers—from single individuals and young couples to students with children, and from those facing financial challenges to those with greater means.
