Introduction
Having a good trainer is just as important as a good financial advisor. I focus on planning for long-term health, without comprising short-term goals. A few sessions of training here and there can help, but my training plans will allow you to focus on one day at a time while I do the planning for you. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) and have worked with everyone between Division 1 athletes and older adults.

10/10 Experience so far, horsey is getting me in fighting shape. I’ve dropped fat and added muscle, and on a daily basis girls come up and tell me that I make them self conscious because my ass is so much nicer than theirs. Is it a blessing? Maybe. The one thing I do know is that working out with Horsey was one of the best moves I’ve made this past year.
