Pointed out every detail that may come up when purchasing a home. down to the nails in the roof! (3 nails needed sealing).If you need someone who is going to help you learn what to expect from an appraisal, Walker construction is the way to go!Took detailed photos with a breakdown of what is Satisfactory or marginal. Very satisfied with the service I was provided as it helped Me with the repair negotiations.

Mike was amazing. He was the best priced inspector in town and was quick and thorough in our home inspection. Our realtor didn't turn on the water and power when he should of so Mike gladly came out another day to finish up our home inspection. He also maintained contact with us throughout the process so we could come walk through our home while he was doing the inspection so we could ask him questions, even with us having to bring our kids along he was patient and kind. We highly recommend Mike -The Bensons

Checked out my future homes roof with binoculars!! what? I've purchased homes in the past....any good inspector will get up on the roof. I could tell from pictures (2 of them) they were taken from the access panel of the crawl space, highly doubt he crawled through the entire underside of the house. Bring coveralls and a respirator and handheld floodlight and use it, crawl around and really look. The AC unit wasn't checked bc it was wrapped from the winter and he said it was too cold to test it (50's) c'mon! Garage wasn't checked thoroughly bc homeowners had their vehicles in it but they were home, please ask them to move the vehicles out! I've had to do it when I had my homes being inspected in the past.I don't think Walkers Home Inspection is dishonest but they aren't the best.
