- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Information collecting - we will discuss your project with you over the phone to make sure that our company will be the best fit for your need. 2. Normally we will then schedule a good time to meet to take a look at the project and take all the necessary measurements and calculations. 3. We will provide you an estimate or a work proposal. 4. We will execute the project. 5. We will make one more homeowner happy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of different customers, most of our customers are homeowners, but a lot of times we will work with a landlord, investor, a business owner or an insurance company.
