- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are priced extremely fair. We accept debit, credit, check and cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts with a call into the office. Then reschedule a inspection. A thorough top to bottom inspection is completed and then we run through our inspection report with the customer. We discuss if they need replacement, rejuvenation, repairs or maintenance or if the roof is just good to go. When then let them know the estimated service life left in the roof.

We are a brick and mortar business in North Spokane with over 70 years+ of combined commercial and residential roofing knowledge.
