FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is extremely competitive for the results you will experience. I do not want to undersell myself, but I most want to help student learn, not make myself a fortune. My rate is $20/hour generally and may vary +/-$5 depending on travel, materials, and equipment needed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been told that I should teach math and reading/writing constantly, since I am always helping peers successfully. I want to tutor SAT because I had the best SAT tutors ever and I know what works for them and what does not (after taking over 25 full SAT tests). I want to give students that same access to the SAT scores they wouldn't believe they could achieve.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a passion for math, physics, etc. I am frequently requested to help with these types of problems. I also love writing. I review, edit, and formulate dozens of papers and various other works for people every semester and I would love for other people to experience my methods!
