What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive with the rest of the market. I provide a quote for the entire house and the customer can go through and eliminate rooms they choose to not stage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have spoken via telephone I will set up a date and time for a preview of the home. I will preview the home and consult with the client about what they are wanting. Then create a quote and have it to the client within 24hrs for them to review. once I receive approval then we will coordinate the dates needed for my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was professionally trained by Staged Homes. I am also currently a member of IAHSP.
