- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is upfront so you know the price before we do any work. We don't do any work without your authorization first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep you informed through the whole process of a service call, we also have inventory on the van so we can usually take care of the problem when we are there so we don't waste your time chasing parts in most cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed plumbers with many years of experience and all are background checked for your safety.
