Response to my issue (a burst pipe) was quick. It wasn't an emergency so they came out first thing Monday. Repair took less than an hour. Very professional, would hire Atlas again.

They can to my house to help me fix 2 leaking outdoor faucets. After a quick communication over text, they showed up same day, helped me fix my problem (didn’t upsell me or pressure me into expensive repairs), and quoted me service for additional work. Overall would highly recommend- super professional, easy to talk to, and know what they are doing.

Konnor showed up for a bid, figured out the problem (shower valve cartridge misfunctioning) and gave me a bid. It was in line with what I had figured and he was ready to go before I got any further bids. He had all of the necessary parts and supplies so he was able to start and finish the work then and there. He had to improvise a bit when the retaining clip was too hard to reach, got that problem fixed. He was a pro and a real good guy to talk to.

We strive to be fair and upfront with our pricing. We do have a $49 dispatch fee which is waived in full with selection of any of our options. We offer multiple discounts (Non stackable), Just Ask!

We try to make your life easy! Once you give us a call or we call you we will get some details on the project and your home. Once we get a little bit of information we can send one of our professionals to your home and give you upfront pricing before any work is done.
