- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Refinishing costs a fraction of replacement — typically about a quarter to a third of what it costs to tear out and install new — with no demolition, no hauling, and far less disruption. We give a firm written quote up front after seeing the piece or clear photos, so there are no surprise fees. Ask about doing multiple surfaces in one visit (tub, tile surround, countertops) for the best value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free quote, in person or from photos. Once you book, our certified technician preps the surface, repairs any chips, cracks, or rust, and refinishes it with our durable MM365 bonding and coating system. Most bathtubs and showers are finished in a day and ready to use in about 24 to 48 hours. We leave you with simple care instructions and back the work with a written warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are factory-trained and certified in Miracle Method's proprietary refinishing system. Miracle Method is the largest surface-refinishing franchise in North America, so our process, materials, and safety standards are standardized and continually updated across the network.
