If additional stain, pet, deep-cleaning, or specialty treatment is needed, I’ll assess the condition and extent of the treatment required and discuss any additional cost with you for approval before proceeding. Estimate Accuracy: Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided. The more details I can gather beforehand—such as the number and size of rooms, carpet condition, stains, pet-related areas, and photos—the more accurately I can determine the scope and price of the job before arrival. If additional information is provided after the initial estimate, or the actual condition differs significantly from what was described, I’ll review the scope with you and discuss any price adjustment before performing additional work. Pet Stain & Odor Treatment: Pet treatment starts at $40 and is based on the overall extent and severity of the affected areas rather than simply the number of individual spots. Depending on the level of contamination, a $40 treatment may cover multiple smaller areas or approximately a 4’ × 4’ total affected area. Heavier contamination may require a more concentrated treatment, additional product, or additional labor and will be assessed and quoted before any additional work is performed. Upholstery Pricing Estimates are based on exposed/visible upholstery surfaces. Cleaning both sides of reversible cushions or pillows requires additional labor and handling, so a modest price adjustment may apply.
