Mike puts 150% into his work and truly takes pride in delivering the best possible results. From the start, he was honest and upfront about what he could and couldn’t do, so my expectations were clear. Then he exceeded them—by a mile! We have two 3-bedroom apartments in a duplex (8 rooms plus 2 hallways) with carpets that had seen it all: heavy foot traffic from students, food and liquid stains, and even hardened paint spills from a previous paint job. Honestly, I thought some of these spots were permanent. Mike made them look like brand-new carpets! The difference is night and day, and now we’re ready to rent the place out with confidence. His communication was excellent, and even though he came all the way from Tacoma, I would absolutely have Mike come again. Worth every penny and more! He’s super kind, professional, and genuinely cares about making customers happy—not for the review, but because he takes pride in doing a great job. Very fair pricing and exceptional quality.
