James was an excellent choice. He was very humble and very professional. We were in the process of moving in and had several contractors there and James was very patient and understanding. He was very trustworthy as my husband and I had no choice but to leave the house on several occasions and upon each of our returns, he was diligently working. One thing that can occur with carpet cleaning (from my experience in housekeeping Management) is that it can sometimes bring stains to the surface that we didn't know existed until the floor dries. I didn't even have to ask about his policy or what it may cost to have him come back out if that were to occur as he was very upfront in informing us that he would come back out at no cost if that were to occur. I loved his guarantee on providing a quality service. Our carpets look great, the entire house smells fresh now and, I swore we would be finding dog hair on the carpet forever but none since he cleaned (it had been vacant for over a year and prior owners had a dog with long black hair). We have even scheduled him to clean the carpets at the rental house we are moving out of because we were 100% satisfied with the quality of his work.

Moving is a very stressful time, no matter what you do! We needed to have the carpets cleaned at the rental house we were leaving and we needed to have the carpets cleaned at the new house we just purchased. Mr Beemon worked with us to get both done on our crazy schedule! He showed up on time, walking through our new house so that I could show him what I wanted him to do. The last owners had pets and since I have allergies, he suggested an allergy cleaning on the carpets. He also was able to clean a huge area rug right in the room without taking it out of the house. Everything smells fresh and clean! While he worked in the our home, we worked at clearing out the rental. Once Mr Beemon was finished at the home, he just moved over to the rental and cleaned the carpets there after we had all of the furniture out. It too smells fresh and clean and is ready for new tenants. Mr Beemon did a wonderful job at both homes. He is professional and does an A+ job! We appreciate a job well done. Thank you!

Mr. Beemon was very pleasant and affordable. He was on time and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets at the rental house we moved out of. He did such a good job that I plan on using him for all our carpet cleaning needs in the house we bought!

I needed a really clean carpet for my 8mo crawler without all the white dog hair from the prior owners. I appreciated his "Sure, no problem" response instead of the 'carpet cleaning doesn't always remove dog hair' lecture. After he finished, I could tell that he cleaned every inch of carpet (in an empty house) as promised. Quality cleaning plus the lowest price = happy customer.
