We are Jowers Training Systems, the Ultimate Fitness Bootcamp (JTSUFB).
JTSUFB is Tacoma's most effective and community-driven fitness program. At JTSUFB we teach all levels of fitness from basic to elite. We also coach functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic lifting, power lifting, gymnastics, running and jumping.
Our JTSUFB Culture:
Our members are extremely diverse in their conditioning, and lifestyles. They range from business execs and stay-at-home moms to military personnel, college level athletes, and marathoners.
Classes are instructor-led, peer-driven, and provide an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.
We embrace new members and have a place for anyone at any fitness level within our gym.
The community at JTSUFB has incredible power and energy! The only true way to feel the full impact is to jump right in. Don't worry, there is safety within our walls, and you will feel plenty of welcome once you take the leap!

Our JTSUFB Workouts:
At JTSUFB, workouts are constantly varied and unique, meaning each and every workout uses different exercises. This ensures that you always make progress and never get bored.
Some exercises will be similar and many will be new, but you will always be challenged to achieve a higher level of fitness and rise to higher standards.
You will succeed at JTSUFB! Results are not guaranteed but earned. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Swimmers, golfers, basketball players, military personnel, busy executives, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen. The best results come when training includes functional movements (which replicate real life movements), at a high intensity and with constant variety.
Our JTSUFB philosophy
We focus our students on 10 fitness domains including cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy, and 1 non fitness domain which is community.
At JTSUFB, we believe that fitness is a state of mind, a way of being. Not just something that you have to do. We've found that by living in this state of mind, our members start to live a better life. They have a supportive community within our gym. Their fitness levels are improved. They have more energy to deal with stress and perform daily tasks at a higher level. They start to achieve their goals and truly live their best lives.
