My wife and I purchased a home that needed a complete remodel. Kotilev Construction gave us a competitive estimate which we accepted. They started work immediately. They handled every aspect of the job which included replacement of water lines throughout the house, bath and kitchen cabinets and fixtures, water damaged sheet rock and flooring, electrical, etc. The quality of their work was extremely high and communication throughout the project was excellent. My wife and I would not hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them for any project regardless of size or complexity.

The exceptional customer service we received during the course of our renovation, was a breath of fresh air, things were done on time and to a level of quality that stands above the rest. Extra care was given to protect our home from dust and debris, the process felt less intrusive from our previous experience with other contractors. Overall a fantastic experience, would absolutely recommend to everyone!
