FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are based on the job, not by the hour, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Bundle discounts are available if you have a list of small projects to tackle at once. Materials are billed separately if needed, but I always work with you to find cost-effective options. Honest work, honest prices — that’s the way I do business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll start with a quick conversation — you tell me what you need done, and I’ll ask any questions to understand the project fully. Next, I’ll provide a clear estimate, breaking down the work and any materials needed. Once we agree, I schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. On the job day, I show up on time, get the work done right, and leave your space clean and better than I found it. Communication stays open the whole way — no guessing, no wondering what’s next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience built over years of real-world work — tackling repairs, renovations, and home improvement projects of all sizes. I’ve trained alongside skilled tradesmen, learning proper techniques for carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. Beyond the tools, I stay updated on best practices and building codes to make sure every job is done safely and correctly. My approach is simple: do it right, do it clean, and do it with care.
