The BEST hire I've ever made...ever. Yuriy was on time last week for the initial walk-through, very professional, very nice! I instantly liked and trusted him. This was for projects in our vacant rental house and when we talked about the items that needed repair he even made suggestions we could do on our own. When he arrived yesterday with his brother he was on time again and they got to work right away, laying down floor protection and instantly sheeting off an area around the ceiling repair he needed to make so it wouldn't splatter. If he saw something else that he could quick-fix in an area he was working he just did it, no charge. If one of the projects he was working on ended up needing more work than he originally thought, he just did it, no charge. At the end of the day he was still finishing up the last project and his brother was done, so he had him repair a few other items we had talked about but had ultimately decided to do on our own. No additional charge! I'm not sure every visit would be like that, but the fact that he was conscientious enough to remember those other projects and know he could quickly fix them without any real cost to him was amazing. No one does that these days. He's very proud of his work and reputation and it shows in everything he does. He wants things done right the first time. I hired him because of the great reviews and I hope this one convinces someone else to hire him as well, you will be so thankful you did!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing normally includes labor and materials plus tax. Material rate is based on expectation of quality product. Labor rate is fixed determined by level of effort and trade.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face. This way the customer can relay their wants and needs associated with the project and scheduling. With that said we also measure, take photos and make notes of details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of working in construction, remodeling Apartments and homes, being a handyman have had the opportunity to work with plumbers ,flooring guys and sheet rockers so all my experience was on the job training by qualified persons of the trades.
