FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is to always do a free on-site inspection. A company cannot give an honest assessment of your project without seeing that project up close and personal and anyone who tells you they can is just feeding you a line or is going to charge you more down the road when the job begins.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers from all walks of life-residential and commercial. People who own million dollar homes and businesses, lower-end homes and businesses, and turn of the century homes and businesses. No matter who you are working with, in the end it is the floors that you want to be beautiful and pleasing to whichever customer you are working for at the moment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are speaking to a salesman make sure that he is not just undercutting someone else writing a sale and that everything is in writing that you spoke about. Also cheaper is not always better. In 1 instance a customer wanted to go with us but because we are a bit higher her husband chose the other company and then come back to us when the project was ruined & they want us to fix it but we couldn't w/o charging them more than the original bid because the other company had caused so much damage. Our guys do the sales and install so they know what they have to do from the start and if they miss something they just fix it. The only caveat to this is if they can't see it, like the subfloor.
