What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the size of the house and are flat rate. No taxes or extra fees involved. I also provide a military discount for past and present service members
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to educate the home b buyer about all the systems of the house. I will walk you through and show you all the things you will need to know!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to become a home inspector, one must take a 120 hour class and 40 hours of on sight training in order to qualify for the testing program. I have also worked for a contractor most of my adult career. I am familiar with all aspects of the home!
