Saul and Andres did a great job. We first hired them for painting the ceiling of our deck. It was not planned, but on the same day, he painted another small room.

I hired Saul to repaint the interior of a townhouse before I rented it out again. The previous tenants had left lots of holes and anchors in the walls, more than is typical. Saul and his team did a great job patching everything and getting the whole house (and ceilings) painted to the colors I choose. He was on the lower end of the bids, but their work was fast and high quality.

I think this could have gone better for both of us if I had been more clear about what I wanted up front. Saul did come back to complete some of the work that I thought we had originally agreed upon.

Saul painted our new house before we moved in at a very reasonable price. He did one room with an accent wall (2 colors), our bedroom all one color, and an accent wall in the living room in a day and a half - exactly what we needed. The reason I'm only giving Saul and MC Services a 4-star review is because he only takes cash and checks and did not tell me that up front. We had budgeted having painting done (and not doing it ourselves) as a "new house splurge" on a credit card, so it did cause us some hardship that he would only accept cash or check. To his credit, though, when he asked and my husband said we didn't have the cash right then and our checks were packed, he offered to come back in a few days after we had moved in and pick up payment. It all worked out fine - just know to have cash or check ready! Thanks Saul!
