I would never get a massage or do any type of business with the owner. She is extremely rude!! I bought a groupon and attempted to contact her multiple time to schedule an appointment. I finally got tired of it and asked groupon for a refund. I texted her and let her know that i would be asking for a refund since she is so hard to get a hold of. She proceeded to leave me a voicemail with a very nasty attitude. Here are some of her best quotes "I am not going to apologize for being busy", "this is why you couldnt get on the books when YOU wanted to get on the books", "you go ahead and do what you need to do sweetheart and I am going to continue running my very lucrative business". I am shocked that a business owner would ever be this rude to a customer, especially when I was not rude to her at all. Very unprofessional!!!

I used to go to Quinessa when she worked at H&M Spa. She has magically hands! The only reason I am not her customer now is how busy she got after returning from maturnity leave. She is booked out weeks now. Great massage therapist if you can get in to see her.
