Showed up on time. Got it all done in less time than expected. Barely batted an eye as a few unknowns cropped up. We were quite pleased.

Junk Removal
What a pleasure to deal with L&M Transport & Delivery! We just needed to cart away 2 old sofas and move other pieces up from the basement. I thought it might be too small a job, but no! Nancy in the office was very responsive, clear, and easy to confirm with. The team of 2 were here *ahead* of on time. They were friendly, speedy, and professional. We wish we had more furniture for them to move.

Furniture Moving and Heavy Lifting
Damian and Arturo did a wonderful job getting my furniture moved for my local relocation. They were punctual, friendly, efficient and handled everything with care! They set up my living room just as I wanted it! I would highly recommend L & M Transport & Delivery! Their price quote was great, too!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Family-owned since 2010 we have delivered our customers with exceptional customer satisfaction, Our focus is 100% satisfaction and 100% honesty at all times. Our price is based on a job and not time consumed because we want to provide our customers with the time they deserve. Our junk removal process works based on the size of the cargo a one-time disposal fee is added depending on the item to be disposed of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our process is working as follows: We do the initial estimate based on the information provided by client. We schedule the pick/drop off. Process the work order to our driver which he will confirm via phone. When our driver arrives we will walk you to the precess and assist you if any questions arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We trained throughout the years and experience. Our drivers have more than 20+years of experience driving and handle what matters to you with the utmost respect.
