- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of the move, distance, crew size, and time required. Full-service moves typically involve multi-hour minimums. All pricing is discussed upfront so customers know exactly what to expect, with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by reviewing the details of the move, including size, distance, access, stairs, and timing. Once expectations and pricing are confirmed, the move is scheduled and my crew arrives prepared to handle all lifting, loading, transport coordination, and placement. Communication is maintained throughout the move to ensure everything is completed safely and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is primarily hands-on and comes from working in the professional moving industry on full household moves. This includes proper lifting techniques, safe loading and unloading, stair navigation, teamwork, and protecting furniture, walls, and flooring throughout the move.
