Hired Local Boys for furniture assembly. Cornelius is a true professional. We had a desk, drafting table, and portable storage cabinet that needed to be assembled. Cornelius arrived right on time and got to work. The items appeared to be even more difficult to assemble than I had anticipated, but it was no problem for him. Sure glad we hired Local Boys. We are extremely satisfied and would hire them again.

I recently hired Rickey and his crew from Prestige Movers in Poulsbo to move items from my house in Port Ludlow to a new place on the Kitsap Peninsula. These were mostly large, heavy items from the garage (power tools, stored furniture, shelving, many boxes, a kayak, even lots of lumber). We also asked them to move a couple of heavy pieces of furniture inside the house for staging purposes. Rickey and his crew worked quickly, efficiently, and safely. Rickey has a unique ability to map out in his mind where everything will fit, and we were amazed at how much they were able to transport. Joe (a member of the team) is a wizard at disassembling/assembling furniture (as he did with a large, heavy, multi-section desk unit), as well as driving and maneuvering the truck. These guys also have a very positive, can-do attitude. Overall, this move was a very, very good experience, perhaps one of the very best we've ever had compared to other moves/movers over the past several years. We will use Rickey and Prestige again in the future, and we will recommend them to others.

They not only showed up on time, they were early and ready to go. They were careful when moving furniture and when something didn't fit, they took it apart and put it back together. Nice guys. Would definitely recommend.

Andrew is thorough, clear, and personable. He is knowledgeable and has done a great job on every task we've asked for, including adding thicker trim to exterior windows, assembling furniture, painting, hanging a new bathroom mirror, swapping out light fixtures, refinishing our wood stairs, adding a new wooden landing to our stairs, and repairing a cracked doorframe. There is more, but that's a pretty good sampling! I also appreciate that Andrew has turned down a job that he didn't feel was an appropriate fit for his skill set, which shows his integrity. He communicates well, and works hard.
