- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work incredibly hard to make sure that every client is getting a custom experience that they are happy with. Due to the very nature of this type of work, I generate a custom price quote for everyone I work with. Pricing includes free consultation, menu drafting, and a project proposal sheet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a simple phone call, or email, and start getting to know what your needs are. This allows me to listen for questions you may not have thought about, and we can start making your vision come to life. Working with people is one of my favorite parts of this business, and I really enjoy the opportunity to help.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the industry for over a decade, and have been working in kitchens ever since I could hold a knife. The fast paced environment is well suited to my personality, and I enjoy the many challenges it proposes on a daily basis.
