Introduction: I am located in Tacoma. Even though I have qualified for and ran the Boston Marathon, I find it most effective to leave the runners “shop talk” out of the equation when working with beginners and focus on the stress relief, fun and overall fitness results that quality running can bring. I believe goals are the key to running success, but proper goal setting is paramount to keep runners progressing, encouraged, and injury free.
What leads me to become a running coach? My success has led many of my friends and coworkers to ask me the secret to my success. It’s always fun to share running tips, fueling, and nutrition with everyone that has an ear to listen or passion for running. I love working with beginners or running enthusiast that have had to put running on the shelf due to the demands of everyday life or just want to lose some weight and gain better fitness. I offer plant-based meal plans as well as a complimentary consultation.
