Eric first advised me on my property when I was thinking about selling or renting it out. After taking into account my tax liability and the stream of income I could receive from renting, I decided to rent out my house. That was the first in a string of good recommendations I received from Eric. Eric is an excellent property manager who also brings a unique long term prespective to the financial benefits of rental property.

We were first time home buyers and Gavin was awesome at helping us get through the process! He was more than happy to spend extra time explaining each step to us. Also, while we were visiting houses he provided great, honest opinions and never made us feel pressured to make a buy. In fact he did the opposite and really encouraged us to take our time and make sure we found something we really liked. We had been warned by numerous people that Realtors tend to really push you to buy quickly so they got a quick buck but with Gavin it was apparent he really cared about us finding a great home not matter how long it took. We would recommend Gavin to anyone!
Full Service Property management took over my rental nearly 2 years ago. It was rented before my previous tenants had moved out. The same, great tenants are still there. It has been.... and I have been headache free ever since they've taken over my property.
I've owned a condo in Lakeview for about 9 years, and it's managed by another management company. Our management fees have gone up regularly, and we have been hit with special fees after the "projects". Not to mention, getting issues/concerns dealt was virtually impossible. I thought this was the way property management went, and I had to deal with it. When I got married, I became more involved with my husband’s condo, and the dealings with his property management company, APMPros, Let me tell you, I have been blown away by the major differences! A friend referred us to Josh after we found out we were going to be moving out of Seattle for my husband’s job. He managed our property for us for several years and always found good tenants that paid rent on time, so we never had to worry about making our mortgage payments. When it was time for us to sell Josh helped to quickly sell the property at top dollar after helping us coordinate some presale improvements.
