They scheduled an appointment twice and didn’t show up. First time they rescheduled last minute. Second time they just didn’t show up and stopped responding. Lack of respect for customers time says a lot… very unprofessional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer amazing value in all of our projects. We do have different promotions throughout the year to add to the value of our normal everyday cost of the projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a very detailed estimation process. In the estimation process we go over every detail of the project and get you an exact price that is good for 90 days. Once you move forward with your project we use an app call BuilderTrend which is used to help communicate every aspect of your project. This helps keep the communication clear and makes it so that you always know what is going on with your project. Our production team gives you all of your updates and our project managers will check up on your project and make sure everything is done to your satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installers are certified to ensure that all of the work completed is done at or above the requirements specified by the manufacturers to ensure you receive your full warranty.
