I want to add responsiveness and punctuality. These folks responded to my inquiry, gave me the estimate, kept to it, were very personable, polite and hard workers and just generally nice to work with and cleaned up after their job was complete as well as made sure that the what had to drop into the bathroom from the open skylight that was removed, was tarped and kept the debris contained.
