Alex did a free inspection of my roof and accessed the attic to take a close look at the potential water leak damages. He sent me a quotation the same day of the inspection and helped me to figure out the essential repairs. He was very responsive and showed up for the job in a couple of days. Did a very good job and provided me with a summary of before and after status. I would not hesitate to call Alex for my future roof works based on my positive experience.

I had a shed roof redone because another contractor I hired from Thumbtack last year did not do a good job on it, and then went MIA when I tried to contact him about it. Alex came to the rescue and did a tremendous job. He used the right type of roofing for the type of roof (TPO), with a much more appealing color than the old job. (Sky blue is not a good roof color. Bronze is.) It was also much more professionally applied and I can tell it won't come up in the next wind storm. Alex also repaired the soffits and took out some rotted wood which I'd added on to the project, but what a difference it made. I think the main thing I really appreciated was the professional attitude Alex had toward the job. He wanted to be sure I was happy with the finished product but not only that, to keep the lines open for future communications if ever I had any concerns or issues with the project. I don't think I will have any concerns, but it's that open communication that lays the ground work for future business, which to me is worth a lot. That's why Alex is hired and highly recommended, and my former contractor is so fired.
