- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price to officiate wedding ceremonies is $350. This includes not only being present the day of, but also, time spent beforehand working with the bride and groom on the ceremony, crafting a personalized ceremony and travel. I charge an additional $100 if I need to be present at the rehearsal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each process is different because each couple is different. However, upon requesting my services, I will respond with an email with some good questions that help me get to know the couple and also, what kind of ceremony they want. If a couple wants to hire me as their officiant, I will set up at least one or two Skype meetings with the couple as we get to know each other and plan the ceremony together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Pastoral License in 2011 through the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel and worked as an Associate Pastor in Burbank, CA. While gaining experience officiating weddings, I also spoke regularly at church on Sundays and provided counseling for couples and individuals. In 2014, I became ordained and then set out to pastor my own church for three amazing years. People and using my gifts to serve, encourage and bless them are my true passion in life. My education and experience have trained and prepared me to make wedding ceremonies truly the best day ever for couples!
