Friendly. Professional. Punctual. Got the job done quickly, and charges a reasonable price. Will ask for his services again around the house as I budget for them accordingly. Recommended :-)

Brandon arrived early and was very professional. The job was under the house so he took a picture of a pipe which had eroded and was leaking sewage under the house. He also repaired that and the leaking faucet. Great job at a fair price...We would definitely their services again.

Dennis was the most economical bid, and was prompt in coming in. He quickly found the issue, and helped replace the disposal as well. I like that he was accessible on the phone all the time. We will probably be having him over for more general handyman tasks in the future!

I was very satisfied with the work, the pricing and the experience. I started out with simple tree trimming and ended up having several trees removed as well due to affordability. Robert and his assistant were really good to work with. They showed up on time and were very efficient with their time which enabled them to complete the work quickly. I would and have recommended them to others.

John was great. He answered his phone (which isn't always the case when looking for help), came out right away to provide an estimate (some people wanted to provide it online without even seeing the job) and he came back to complete the job in a timely manner. He was personable, easy to work with, and engaged in a conversation with my husband to explain the situation and the approach he would take. And, on top of all of that - very competitive in pricing. We've now found our plumber if we ever need services again, and will refer him to our friends and family the next time someone asks....Does anyone know a plumber?

Silvia and Marco came out and diligently worked on our yard and did an outstanding job. We were very happy with the way it turned out. Marco was even able to remove some deep roots of bushes that had been cut. Very happy with the service.

We wanted to replace the wainscoting in our bathroom with subway tile as the wainscoting was water damaged. Marin and his crew came in and worked on our project which had a lot of variable factors as usually happens when working on an old 1912 house. He was able to adapt to the factors such as uneven floors and walls and did a nice job installing the tile, repainting the walls and reinstalling the bathroom fixtures. He and his crew were always courteous, professional, and always cleaned up afterwards. The project was done in a week as Marin had quoted. We are happy with the new bathroom tiles and as with all remodeling projects in older homes being adaptable to the situation is always a plus. We would recommend European Quality Remodeling Services for other remodeling projects as well.

Steve figured a better way of getting a 50amp service to my father's RV. He actual cost came in a little lower than his estimate. If I need something done in the future, he will be my first call! PS, have him show you how to find water with a dowsing stick!

A real pleasure to work with and I plan on using him on many more projects.

I found Sergio through Thumbtack after struggling to find any handyman services that weren't booked out weeks/months in advance and actually responded to me. I emailed Sergio from the website to initiate the process and from our initial email we began communicating via text message. Sergio came out on a Monday to provide a quote for significant yard work. The yard work included removing tons of overgrown and invasive plants on my grandmother-in-law's Kingston property (think blackberries et al) and removal of some random junk on the property, as well as cutting down of bamboo (grandma's property has a creek running through it and there's more bamboo than the fertile lands of Asia). Sergio reviewed everything we wanted done and quoted it would take about 40 hours with 3 guys to process the work and removal of everything we wanted done. The rate is $25 per hr per worker so the estimate worked out to about 3k. Of course, I'm always expecting unexpected things to come up and I have zero experience hiring someone to do significant yard work like this. Sergio and I agreed to the work via text after receiving the quote. The next Monday morning he and one of his guys showed up promptly at 8am and began hacking away at junipers and blackberry plants on the property with machetes (what. haha.) I live in Seattle so I wasn't easily able to come out and constantly check on their progress. Sergio had one guy with him on Monday and Tuesday-Thursday he had two guys with him. Initially, we planned on them finishing on Friday but something came up and they promptly came (four guys, actually) on Saturday and finished everything off. The actual cost for (approximately) 40 hours with 3 guys was about $3,300 with about $750 in dump run fees (yeah bringing all those trimmings and leaves sure get expensive at the Kitsap dump, I've done it on my own in the past). And then sales tax for his services a couple hundred. Overall, it was about 4k, which was 1k over budget but seeing as $750 was dump run costs and like $350 was sales tax, it totally met my expectations. Sergio and his crew are polite, fast, friendly, and hard working. I'm pleased that we selected Sergio for our yard work. They did a significant amount of yard waste hacking and removal. My grandmother-in-law is very attached to some of the plants so they were very careful about preserving and protecting specific plants (whichever plants so wanted stayed, and the overgrown invasive plants growing on top of them were removed) and Sergio and his crew were clearly professionals at handling these Pacific Northwestern flora. If you're looking for someone who will work hard for you and be very fair, I would recommend emailing, calling, or texting Sergio to bring him out for a quote. Other projects we are about to have done that Sergio may be involved with and stated he and his crew can do, and will quote separately: -power washing and painting her house -grading, levelling, and filling her drive way with rock -aerating and seeding grass and laying sod -placing pavers to create unprecedented walkways -removal of old fences and installation of new fences So in addition to yard and junk waste removal, as well as professionally manicuring her plants, shrubs, and trees, Sergio and his team can do pretty much anything. Contact him for a quote. I highly recommend. :)

We needed the deck on our rental home repaired and re-surfaced and Raul did a great job for us . He was timely, communicated with us throughout the process, took before, during and after pictures to document his progress, and cleaned the worksite thoroughly when done. We were very happy with his work and will use his services in the future.

We have worked with Chris off and on for years doing various projects for our rental properties and home I live in now. I have had him remodel kitchens, bathrooms, outside work which has included additions, fences, decks, rebuilding my garage, repaving my driveway, building a retaining wall, installing windows, doors, floors, fans, waterproofing, you name it he's done it for me including foreclosed properties. What I really like about this company is the rates are reasonable, hes a great listener and communicator and his wife helps him run the day to day operations with emails and office work so he's not so overworked. I have hired contractors in the past that have came in demoed the job, demand more money or they disappear. Chris has either asked for a deposit and paid as work has progressed, paid hourly and than paid weekly, or what have you. Even if something did interfere with being on that job daily, he always has told me via email or called and he always keeps me updated on how things are going or if there were extra costs involved, we were notified immediately. I think most contractors try to do the work, the estimates, get materials, do the office work by themselves and i think it gets them into trouble not being able to be at three places at once so they do really well. The only complaint i have is he might show up late once in awhile but I know running a company isn't easy, I am self employed as well. I highly recommend him and his company to do remodeling and repairs. Very professional and they fix any work that has been paid for or charged for free. I have never had an issue getting him back out here to fix something that I wanted done differently or organically didn't stay put. I am avaliable for personal referrals.

I had an amazing experience with Burke Craig Construction, and as someone who has worked with a lot of contractors, I can honestly say that is very hard to come by. Not only did I have him complete the fence that we initially sought out to have done, but we were so impressed with his quality of work, price, and integrity, that we hired him to do a full basement remodel as well! And when I say basement remodel, there is no way to fully explain just went into it, but it was a major undertaking, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. We will definitely be hiring him for any and all future projects. I would also strongly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who can come in on budget (fair prices as well), top quality work, as well as a great person to work with.

"Integrity West Home Improvement" truly lives up to its name. Delivering as they promised enabled us to overcome our suspicion of contractors and sales people, which we developed from previous bad experiences with other home improvement companies. From our first meeting with the owner and his representative regarding installing a new roof, to the finished product, we knew we were in good hands. In our initial meeting, the owner and his representative presented a variety of options, listened to our concerns, delivered samples of the different colors of roofing materials to help us with our final selection, set a date that was convenient for us to start work, employed skilled and polite workers, supervised the project, followed up to make sure we were pleased with the work, and provided a warranty that can be transferred one time to another party if we should decide to sell our house at some point. To top it off, this was all done at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be more pleased! It's a good feeling to know there's a trustworthy roofing and home improvement company out there. We're glad they provide services beyond roofing...we'll be calling them again!

Sound Craftsmen Construction remodeled my kitchen and basement in our 1918 home. They were extremely helpful in helping me with the design and incorporated all of my ideas as well as adding some things that I hadn't thought of. They made our un-useable space in the basement into an amazingly entertaining area of the house that the whole family wants to be in. And the kitchen...I am so pleased with the finished product. From the new granite counters to the biult in espresso machine!, it is more than we dreamed of! If you are looking for a company that really puts an emphasis on the needs and wants of the customer then look no further. I strongly recommend these fine men. They really went the extra mile to please my family. They helped us stay on budget, they were always on time to the job and always were conscientious of their work and made us feel like they were going to do the job the way we wanted it. We wholeheartedly recommend Sound Craftsmen Construction. If you want your job done with all of your vision incorporated then this is the company for you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
