"I completed the 12 week FfL Jumpstart Program and have continued to do the workouts and eating. I am thrilled with the results and changes I have made physically, mentally and emotionally! I've completely revamped my kitchen with the knowledge I gained each week about food. I have been able to stick with the FfL workouts because I can do them anywhere, anytime. I have learned to live more positively too! Since week one, I lost 25 lbs, 4 inches in my waist and more inches all over! My waist has always been hardest to lose after 4 kids. I still can eat the foods I love too! I have about 15 more pounds to be at goal weight. I know with the lifestyle changes I have made and by continuing with the FULLfitness exercise routines, I can get there!
