I was pleased that J&A came out quickly to get the job done. Explained the work and got it done. Friendly and personable. I didn’t have any other bids so I can’t speak about the price. I needed my drain cleared and my shower working again. Thank you. My only complaint is that I had a rug in front of the kitchen sink that had just been washed, thank goodness it was washable, and they put their dirty and some rusty tools on it rather than putting something down to protect the rug. 😕 I would ask that they be more mindful of things like that. Other than that I am pleased with the work.

Jeremy was awesome! I needed a water heater installed, so I contacted him. He gave me advice on which ones he recommended. Granted, he didn't have to because I was buying it online. He was super helpful and responsive! He showed up on time and within an hour he was done. Gave me the full tutorial before he left on how to use my new fancy water heater. On top of all that he took my old one away so I didn't have to. Oh yeah on top of that he didn't do the ole come out and give me an estimate and charge me for coming. I sent him pics and the measurements, and that's all he needed. 5 stars!

I went out for two different projects. The first project was swapping out the kitchen sink, faucet and disposal for new equipment. I started typing up a second project, stuff with my fence and gate to the backyard. Before I was done typing up my second project, J&A services had responded. Looking at the times, they responded 6 minutes after I sent them the project description. They were highly professional and responsive to my questions. Unfortunately, I ended up finding some major issues that caused me to cancel the project before really starting it. I plan to revive the project after I address the issues that popped up. If I am able based on the other questions, I plan on going back to J&A services. I greatly appreciated their responsiveness, their questions and their professionalism.
