I had two toilets that were leaking and called Service Pro Plumbing. Mack was able to come within the hour to repair both toilets on a Saturday. Professional, friendly, and would highly recommend for your plumbing needs. I will be definitely calling them again if I have any plumbing issues !

Service pro responded promptly to my request for service through Thumbtack. The work was done well and quickly. The plumber was courteous. I do have a problem with the financial side of things, however. I am accustomed to working with a plumber in California, who has a flat rate fee for coming of $140.. That’s fine with me. When I asked what the flat rate was over the phone the woman, I spoke to said she didn’t know and that they don’t like to quote prices over the phone, fair enough. I only wanted to know what the flat rate was because my job was a 20 minute job. When the plumber finished fixing my sink stopper and screwing in my new showerhead, he told me the charge would be $250 and that was their minimum. If I would’ve known that, I never would’ve had them come out because that was way too much for me. I would’ve appreciated it. If the woman on the phone would have told me they had a minimum which she did not. I blocked at this price and the plumber on site was good enough to lower it for me so everything worked out fine but I sure did not like how it went down with the company itself. Other than that snafu, I would recommend the company I would just make sure they tell you the price upfront I mean their minimum price
