NW Responder offered a CPR/AED & Basic First Aid classes to our group of our employees - and we were all extremely satisfied with his interactive class, the content and teaching style. John was great at communicating, flexible with scheduling and extremely professional. I would highly recommend NW Responder for your class needs.Apr 5, 2015Verified

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?1) Don't assume brand name equals quality service. 2) Check level of service vs cost 3) Ask if there's any support offered before or after class? 4) Find out what the hours of operation are and do they have live after hour customer support?
