Introduction: My name is Chad, and I am the owner of All Pro Duct Cleaning. I think one of the major things that separates us from most companies is the the fact that not only do I own the company but I also do all of the work, which means we just take a ton of pride in what we do!! Also, we only have one employee which helps us keep cost down. We follow a strict seven step process to ensure that we achieve the most thorough air duct cleaning service anywhere to be found!!. Our customer service and attention to detail is second to none, and we are darn proud of it!!! At All Pro, we just enjoy helping people. We use Chad exclusively for all the duct cleaning & repair we find in crawlspaces, attics, & dryer vents. It's not commonly known that rodent hair & droppings in the duct system can be a major contributor to asthma in children. Chad is the consummate professional. I could tell from my first telephone conversation with him that he had a great deal of experience cleaning heating and cooling duct systems. I just didn't expect him to be so very personable! He is a the kind of professional you don't mind having in your home: kind, honest, friendly, respectful, explains every aspect of the job he does, and leaves your home just as he found it (only without all that yucky stuff in the vents!). His price for the service he provided was extremely competitive. Actually, he was the most reasonable of the 7 services I contacted. I am keeping his number. When My system needs another cleaning in 5 years, I'm calling Chad. I know he will be in business because he is so customer oriented and provides an excellent service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the homes square footage. The price that we send you in the quote is the price that you pay when we leave. There's no up selling or any hidden fees. Except sales tax in Washington of course
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We completely explain the 'entire' Air Duct Cleaning Process. When we arrive at our customers home we open our 'State Of Art' cleaning equipment that is cleaned and sanitized. After we complete the entire cleaning process we open our equipment and show the customer how much dirt and debris that we have removed from their Air Duct System.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We're proud to say that we have worked with People and Customers from most Every Walk of Life. 70% residential, and 30% commercial.
