• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  We price our installed products as per lineal foot, based on 100' or more (smaller jobs are common, they just may have a slightly higher per foot cost) We add for gates and sometimes we need to add for difficult access. In any case, we figure that out up front with a free estimate-no surprises after we start. We also offer periodic sales and always offer 4% cash discounts.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  New customers only need to call and set up an appointment for a free estimate. If you decide to buy from us, we take care of everything. You are only required to meet us when we arrive to start the work, then be available for a walk through when we are finished. If you are replacing an old fence and have dog containment issues during our construction, we can provide some temporary containment for your dog while we are constructing your fence. Just ask, it's free.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  Over my 35 years in this industry I have attended many industry workshops and seminars. My college education was in human sciences so not directly related. I learned quite a lot during an 8 year period I spent on a national advisory counsel to the industry where we oversaw quality testing and directed manufacturing changes and initiatives.
