Food preparation is all about passion and timing. My pricing is based on both. 😃
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the project over the phone first. Then I will schedule a cooking interview, if requested, and if not, I will schedule a coffee or tea meeting to plan the menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary school, world travels, not afraid to eat anything once.
