First I'd like to start off by saying Left Coast Roofing is awesome and if I could give 100 stars I would! My husband and I have had horrible luck finding quality trustworthy contractors in the past. We have been lied to by sales people, had our property stolen and have had jobs delayed for months so naturally we told ourselves we would take our time on this project being that it's the most important of them all, the roof. Our first encounter with Left Coast Roofing was driving past one of their job sites and seeing their job sign in the yard, we decided to call and schedule a time for them to come out and give us a bid. Previously to calling them we had 7 other roofing companies out. The companies we had out before seemed reputable however drew some red flags so we decided to ponder our decision and give Left Coast a chance, And I am so glad we did! They set a time to meet us based on OUR schedule not theirs, the sales guy Kyle who was previously a roofer showed up on time and put every one of our concerns to rest and really knew his stuff, for a younger guy we were extremely impressed. He treated our whole family with care and didn't make us feel stupid for any questions, we felt comfortable with a contractor for once and even though they were not the cheapest bid by any means we decided to move forward with them. Now for the quality of workmanship, The crew did an outstanding job my husband who is not an easy man to please when it comes to work being done to our house has no complaints what so ever he absolutely loved the crew. They installed everything we were shown and did it in a timely fashion. Their clean up was extremely good as well and the final product looks absolutely amazing we now have the nicest roof in the neighborhood. It was a night and day experience from our past projects with other contractors so let me save you some time and say Call Left coast!

Everything about this transaction was outstanding. The representatives were informative, detailed and provided excellent communication throughout the project. The crew was lightening fast, very hard working, and cleanup was fast and thorough. The cost was extremely reasonable as long as it is understood that the quality is very high. My new roof looks fantastic and is going to last for many, many decades. I particularly love the ridge venting system which freed the roof of a bunch of roof caps. I would like to say something to the 1 star reviewer (who has not even done business with Left Coast). I don't like people knocking on my door and pitching services at me either. I had new guests at my home when that knock came to which I was in the middle of being introduced to. I am very grateful that I was polite enough to listen for a moment to someone who is working hard to provide honest work for their crew and much more importantly, an extremely competent service for you.

These guys did a wonderful job. I have a single story 3000 sq ft. home that was sided with Aluminum siding when I first purchased it. It really looked like a mobile or pre-manufactured home. I hired Left Coast Exteriors to change all the older windows (10), the siding to Pre-Color (Evening Blue) Hardie Plank, and the soffits (White). The house simply looks amazing and the attention to detail was spot on. This was a very large job because its a very long ranch style single story home. That requires a lot of material. The guys were at my house for a couple of weeks. They found one bad piece of Plywood while stripping off the old siding and replaced it and made it look fresh and new and making sure the window was properly flashed so it doesnt happen again. They flashed all the windows even though they are under the soffits. The pictures do not do justice of how well the house came out. Spend the extra money and have the windows trimmed with Hardie to make them highlighted and stand out. It just makes it look so much better. The other reason for doing this. If you ever do have a problem with a window, it will be easy to take out without having to take down all the Hardie Plank. They simply pull off the trim pieces, pull out the window and can install a new one and then put in new trim pieces. Its thinking ahead. The gases in windows sometime escape or kids play and break a window, whatever.Maintenance is easier and cheaper in the long run. They even painted the rain gutters to match the house. Really, did an awesome job. We went outside to do a final walk around the house and I pointed out one thing and it was completely taken care of no issues asked. Make sure you talk about window trim, especially if you have an older home. Windows that I originally have in the house were as wide as the wall, new windows are not that wide. So, they will have to make a window sill.
