Daniel has been a delight to work with. He knocked out a number of small projects fixing areas of dry wall that were damaged due to leakage. Everything looked great and when we requested a revisit for one small thing he immediately responded and came to fix it. Additionally he noticed some staining we hadn't asked of him to fix and he painted it without additional charge. We would work with Daniel again anytime.

My pricing is fair and straightforward. The final cost depends on the size of the project and whether I or the customer provide materials. I’m always transparent about pricing, with no hidden fees.

With new customers, I start by asking for photos of the project to understand the scope. We then discuss details like who provides the materials, and I give a clear final estimate. This way, clients save time and know exactly what to expect. People appreciate my fast, efficient, and straightforward approach.
