I hired Kosman to repair and stain my fence and power wash our house and he did an incredible job. I would certainly hire him again for future projects.

(Kos earned all 5 of the reasons I enjoyed working with him but I was only allowed to indicate 3.) I had the exact situation every deck owner dreads: a simple resealing job revealed wood rot, mostly hidden but so extensive I honestly needed a new deck. I saw this with my own eyes; the wood literally crumbled in Kos’s hands. A new deck was not in the budget, so Kos worked with me to provide a solution that was beautiful, functional and within my budget. He built this solution and then sealed it AND the adjoining retaining wall so they would. match. He worked quickly, did good work and was on-time. He cleaned up after himself, and despite having to shift gears mid project, finished quickly. (No waiting a week between work sessions.) He stuck strictly to the estimate he gave me for this work. Plus, he’s a nice guy. I would definitely hire Kos again to take care of my deck and painting needs.

Kos did a wonderful job painting a bedroom for me. I had started out trying to paint it myself and it wasn’t going well. I reached out to Kos and he came out the next day to give me a quote. His pricing was very fair. He finished the work the day after that. I would definitely work with him again.
