Introduction: It's important to seek the help of Hypnotists who have sufficiently received training and who continue with their training and someone who is registered in their state to practice. As a Washington State Registered Hypnotherapist, CHt, I received my training through an approved 150 hour course and regularly receive annual ongoing training. I love helping ordinary people with ordinary problems and have been doing so by utilizing hypnosis and EFT since 2009!

Rose helped me with depression, something I have dealt with for years. She made some hypnosis recordings that I listened to at home, they are very helpful. During our sessions, she discussed diet and proper nutrition that have also helped. She focused on positive types of issues instead of the negative things relating to my condition. All the efforts that Rose made for me are very helpful in my daily life.

Rose is wonderful! I started having panic attacks last week so I was feeling desperate and wanted to see someone as soon as possible. She made contact with me within 30 minutes and during our initial conversation I knew she understood what I needed. After my first appointment, I walked out the door feeling so much better. Able to take a deep breath and begin on my road to recovery. I will continue to see her and would highly recommend her.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am required to complete annual ongoing training. The most recent training I did was for the Virtual Gastric Band program which is very effective! I've also received certificates to help people who want assistance dealing with PTSD, Stroke, Cancer and Self Hypnosis which I also have certificates for.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been interested in matters of the mind and of the heart. A wonderful friend of mine told me about the course I ended up becoming certified through. When a person attends a four year college, they are fulfilling a 120 hour course. With the training I received, I first completed a 150 hour course and then annually complete ongoing training to keep my certification.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet them! Talk to them! See if you feel comfortable with them before utilizing their services!
